Return Policy ProLon Benelux B.V.

We always strive to deliver high quality and undamaged products. However, it is possible that products have to be returned. The conditions for returning your ProLon product can be found below.

If it happens that products from the package are missing, please contact retouren@prolon.nlas soon as possible.


Return Policy

If the quality of the products is unsatisfactory or if there is an unforeseen medical reason, which has not been taken into account in our health declaration, the ProLon product may be returned. The following steps will be taken to assess your return.

We will put you in touch with our medical and nutrition expert team before we can initiate any refund. We do this, to:

  • to be able to collect more information regarding this incident and therefore to be able to assess it better
  • to be able to advise you on whether you can continue with the diet or whether you should stop the use

Returns will not be accepted if one or more of the following reasons occur.

  • If you are allergic to nuts, oats, sesame seeds, celery or other ingredients in the products provided
  • If you are already experiencing medical problems or are on prescription medication before starting ProLon (proof may be requested)
  • If you have an infectious disease or are at risk of an infectious disease, if you are underweight, pregnant or breastfeeding
  • If you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or have dietary restrictions
  • If you are under 18 years old or above 70 years old and you have not consulted a doctor beforehand
  • If you are dissatisfied with the result of ProLon or if you experience side effects that are not related to the product
  • When you experience symptoms that are common and expected with fasting such as fatigue, headache, dizziness or difficulty concentrating during the fasting period

Contact us

Send an email with the reason for return to, within 14 days after receiving the products. We will contact you as soon as possible.

In the case of a damaged product, we may ask you to send evidence in the form of photos or other visual material. When you receive permission for the return, you may send the product.

Returning period

The ProLon product must be returned within 14 days. The box must be sealed and returned in its original packaging.

Costs for returns

If there is agreement for the return of the ProLon product, and when the product is returned undamaged, sealed and with all necessary documents, the purchase price will be refunded.

The refund will be refunded within 14 days after notification of revocation in the same way that the payment was made. The costs of returning are for your own account.
